Transforming America's Cities

Nashville

Nashville Waterfront

OVERVIEW

Scope of Investment
$240 million dollars including entertainment, hotels, residential, commercial, and retail

New excitement is building downtown with the riverfront expansion and development of the 12-acre urban Thermal Transfer Site. A project of Struever Bros. Eccles & Rouse and the City of Nashville, the site is located along the Cumberland River at the foot of Broadway.

The proposed development extends downtown Nashville's riverfront corridor by integrating the Rolling Mill Hill, Rutledge Hill, and SoBro (South of Broadway) districts with the commanding appeal of a new public riverfront, offering retailers, restaurateurs, and business owners a one-of-a-kind opportunity to participate in a transformation that is redefining "live/work/play."

This innovative conceptual master plan envisions a total investment of $240 million, including entertainment, a waterfront public greenway, two hotels, riverfront condominiums, commercial office space, retail shops and streetfront boutiques.
