H&S Properties Development Corp. and Struever Bros. Eccles & Rouse are engaged in the development of Harbor East, a $500 million mixed-use waterfront development that extends from Baltimore's Pier Six east to South Caroline Street.
Within Harbor East, savvy businesses will be able to lease flexible, smartly designed office space. The Vue will be 1,040,000 square feet with a 12 story-200,000 square foot office space. This building will feature two hotels, 70,000 square feet of retail, 787 structured parking spaces, and a 36,000 square foot fitness operation.
In addition, The Vue at Harbor East will house street-level retail and restaurants with leasing plans slated to bring new and exciting dining and shopping alternatives to downtown Baltimore.
