This $30-million, 450,000 square foot project was aggressively fast-tracked to accelerate occupancy. This involved coordinating the installation and inspection of life safety systems with the sequential completion of the apartments units.
In addition to apartments, the project features a health club, HMO facility, a private pool, a popular waterfront restaurant, parking garage, marina, and several small retail shops.
