As developed and built by SBER, this is arguably the most successful residential development on Baltimore's waterfront. After more than a decade after its construction, the project remains 100% occupied.

This $30-million, 450,000 square foot project was aggressively fast-tracked to accelerate occupancy. This involved coordinating the installation and inspection of life safety systems with the sequential completion of the apartments units.

In addition to apartments, the project features a health club, HMO facility, a private pool, a popular waterfront restaurant, parking garage, marina, and several small retail shops.
