Living in the City
Moravia Park is located in northeast Baltimore. This residential neighborhood was built in the 1930's and 40's to accommodate Baltimore's increasing need for housing for its semi-skilled and managerial workforce.
Here SBER has developed Frankford Estates with partner Doracon Contracting, after being awarded the opportunity by the City of Baltimore. This re-development began in early 2003. Frankford Estates has up to 170 new homes that will range from 1,240 to 1,740 square feet and feature three and four bedrooms, detached rear garages, sunrooms, porches and many other options.
