SBER and H&S Properties are engaged in the development of Harbor East, a $1 billion mixed-use waterfront development that extends from Baltimore's Pier Six east to South Caroline Street. When complete, the office space will total 1 million square feet with more than 500,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space. Harbor East will include Sylvan Learning Center, 10 restaurants, and Whole Foods. More than 650 residential units, two Marriott hotels, two Hilton hotels and 3,435 parking spaces will also be part of Harbor East. A Four Seasons Hotel and Residences will open in 2008.
