170 new homes in Northeast Baltimore
Frankford Estates is the re-development of 18 acres that began in early 2003 and completed in 2006. The property sat in decay for over a decade before Struever Bros. Eccles & Rouse and Doracon Contracting were awarded the redevelopment opportunity by the City of Baltimore.
The Frankford Estates community has 170 new three- and four-bedroom homes starting from the $300's. The homes range in size from 1,560 to 2,370 square feet and feature rear two-car parking pads, master suites, porches and many other options. The community includes a clubhouse and swimming pool for homeowners.
