An Historic Seminary in Silver Spring
Struever Bros. Eccles & Rouse was selected by The Alexander Company of Madison Wisconsin to serve as construction manager for the renovation and construction of the historic Forest Glen National Seminary in Silver Spring, Maryland. The area consists of 29 buildings total, of which, 25 are historic, and will be renovated into 85 mixed-income rental and 81 home ownership units. In addition, 90 new single family homes will be constructed as infill at the historic site. Construction began in late 2004.
