Struever Bros. Eccles & Rouse served as construction manager for the 15,000 square foot welcome and visitor center at the Baltimore County complex. The project team worked closely with the owner on coordinating the work effort at the occupied campus, and with county officials when the adequacy of utilities became an issue during construction.
