The new Johns Hopkins University Bookstore and Student Housing project
Struever Bros. Eccles & Rouse is acting as the general contractor for the new Johns Hopkins University Bookstore and Student Housing project, Charles Commons, part of Charles Village.
Comprised of two student housing buildings connected by a walkway/bridge, Charles Commons provides 618 beds for JHU students housing, and 30,000 square feet of retail, anchored by Barnes and Noble Bookstore, which serves JHU students and the surrounding community. The building also features a student dining area, conference rooms, patio, and student special-use area.
