Through a joint venture partnership with H&S Properties Development Corporation, Struever Bros. Eccles & Rouse built 20 new urban townhomes off Caroline Street in historic Fells Point, just a block from the water. This unique design consists of two-story townhomes stacked over two-story townhomes with common entrance areas. Each entrance area has direct access to reserved parking in the adjacent parking garage. Homes are 1,400 square feet and the upper homes total 1,800 square feet and include a roof-top deck. The building elevation incorporates historic design elements to blend with the surrounding community including brick facades, masonry sills and/or lentils, elegant cornices, and aesthetic colors and proportions. Located in the heart of thriving Fells Point, these homes are within walking distance from some of Baltimore's finest restaurants, incredible shopping and diverse waterfront amenities.

This 7-story post tension-parking garage is architecturally unique due to its "wrapper" effect. The site includes 24 condominiums and 18,000 square feet of retail space around the visible sides of the parking structure. This parking structure integrates 750 parking spaces with the historic character of Fells Point.

The garage services SBER's Bond Street Wharf commercial tenants, the flats and townes at Fells Landing and the Fells Point business district.
