Through a joint venture partnership with H&S Properties Development Corporation, Struever Bros. Eccles & Rouse built 20 new urban townhomes off Caroline Street in historic Fells Point, just a block from the water. The site includes 24 condominiums and 18,000 square feet of retail space around the visible sides of the parking structure. This parking structure integrates 750 parking spaces with the historic character of Fells Point.
