Winner of Best of Baltimore Construction in 2004
Struever Bros. Eccles & Rouse served as construction manager for The New Academic Building on the Calvert Hall Campus. The 43,000 square foot, three story building features a library, art studio, activities center, multiple classrooms, labs and offices. Also included in the scope of work were renovations to Keelty Hall which involved upgrades to the existing first floor area including classrooms, president suite and renovations to pool building, gym, wrestling room and ancillary areas.
