Struever Bros. Eccles & Rouse (SBER) along with joint venture partners Williams Jackson Ewing, Manekin Corporation LLC and Hawkins Development, has revived one of America's first "Main Street" concepts in America — Belvedere Square. Belvedere Square offers a convenient location at the crossroads of many upscale Baltimore neighborhoods that feed consumer and business traffic each day.

The $25 million re-development and re-merchandising of Belvedere Square brings back the original concept of combining distinct boutique retailers with a menu of food and beverage options unique to northern Baltimore City.

The Square's dynamic retail mix includes 101,301 square feet of top local and national retailers offering home furnishings, fashion and everyday services. An expanded and refurbished gourmet market features the freshest in meats, seafood, produce and homemade baked goods. Fresh flowers and other specialty gourmet items also draw regular visitors.
