Celebrating the glory of a rich maritime history.
Struever Bros. Eccles & Rouse renovated the historic structure prominently situated at the intersection of Bond and Thames Streets. Dating back to the 1820s, this simple and attractive building typifies the size, massing, and craftsmanship of its maritime past. Although the structure was at the brink of collapse after years of vacancy and neglect, SRH's recent stabilization efforts have secure the landmark. Rehabilitation created approximately 4,000 square feet of office space and 1,600 square feet of retail space with exposed beams and a brick-paved patio for outdoor seating. Adjacent to the Bond Street Plaza, this structure enjoys views of the park and harbor and convenient access to Baltimore's finest restaurants, shopping, and waterfront amenities.
