Our leasing team is expert at facilitating a tenant mix that is appropriate and complementary to the community's needs. Each of our projects has its own unique personality. And we look for the tenants who will reflect that personality and carry on the identity of the surrounding neighborhood. As a result, we always search out local artists, artisans and entrepreneurs with the goal of making them part of the new and special place that we have created.
