Leading a New Era of Waterfront Development.
Micheal Ricketts is the Senior Development Director for the Harbor East Legg Mason Tower as well as the Four Seasons Hotel and Residences. Together these projects represent a $600 million development and 2 million square feet of new waterfront construction on Baltimore's Harbor. As the Senior Development Manager, Mr. Ricketts is responsible for project oversight regarding development, financing, budgeting, design and construction.
Before coming to SBER in 2007, Mr. Ricketts was Senior Development and Construction Executive at Jerome J. Parks where he managed the mixed use development project called Park Place in Annapolis, Maryland. Prior experience includes several years as Senior Vice President at Metropolis Development Co in Washington DC. From 1999-2002, Mr. Ricketts was a partner in Marlboro MD-based ZEI LLC, a regional construction company providing services to private, institutional and governmental clients.
He is currently pursuing an MBA from Loyola University in Baltimore, and graduated in 1991 from University of Maryland College Park with a BS in Behavioral and Social Sciences.
