As Director of Leasing for Struever Bros. Eccles & Rouse (SBER), Ms. Hearn is responsible for recruiting commercial and office tenants for SBER's mixed-use and commercial projects. Key projects include Harbor Point, Harbor East, and Tide Point in Baltimore, American Locomotive Works, Dynamo House and Rising Sun in Providence, and American Tobacco and Winston-Salem in North Carolina.

Before serving as the Director for Leasing at SBER, Ms. Hearn played a key role as Development Director of Lower Market Street in Wilmington, Delaware, The Can Company in Baltimore, Maryland, and the renovation and sale of 39 historic mill homes located in Oella, Maryland.
