As As Director of Leasing for Struever Bros. Eccles & Rouse (SBER), Ms. Hearn is responsible for recruiting commercial and office tenants for SBER's mixed-use and commercial projects. In January 2009 Ms. Hearn also took on the responsibility of Asset Manager. In this position she is involved with SBER’s operating projects, either with their current operations or their disposition. Ms. Hearn acts as the SBER representative with our partners, lenders, accountants, and government entities that have an interest in our properties. Her key projects include Harbor Point, Harbor East, and Tide Point in Baltimore, and American Locomotive Works, Dynamo House and Rising Sun in Providence.

Before her current positions, Ms. Hearn played a key role as Development Director of Lower Market Street in Wilmington, Delaware, The Can Company in Baltimore, Maryland, and the renovation and sale of 39 historic mill homes located in Oella, Maryland.
