Mr. Kovacs advises SBER on its capital structure and financial position. This includes maintaining and expanding the company’s relationships with institutional investors and investment partners. Mr. Kovacs is also responsible for securing investors for Historic and New Market Tax Credits.
Mr. Kovacs has more than thirty years of progressive and direct experience in the financial and real estate markets. He was formerly Senior Vice President and General Manager, Regional Operations for Kajima Construction Services, a subsidiary of Kajima Corporation. There he developed relationships with Fortune 500 companies, establishing national contracts and preferred contractor status. Mr. Kovacs also held management positions with Price Waterhouse & Co., Research-Cottrell, and American International Group.
Mr. Kovacs earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Bridgeport and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Connecticut.
