As Director of Asset Management, Mr. Hess is involved with every operating SBER project, either with its current operations or its disposition. Mr. Hess acts as the SBER representative with all our partners, lenders, accountants, and government entities who have an interest in our properties.

Before coming to SBER, Mr. Hess served as Leasing and Development Director for Greenberg Commercial, and Senior Director of Leasing for Prime Retail, gaining valuable experience in retail leasing and operations. He also served as the Rouse Company's VP and General Manager for the Village of Cross Keys from 1995-1998. This mixed-use project contains 100,000 sq ft of retail, 250,000 sq ft of Office space, as well as a hotel and 750 condominiums.
