Ss director of technical services, Mr. Arnold oversees seven major areas: Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing (MEP) systems, Historic Preservation, Environmental Health and Safety, Green Building, Warranty Service, Salvage, and Custom Product Design. Mr. Arnold's group works throughout the entire life cycle of a project - from its inception to the end of the warranty period and beyond - while maintaining the SBER brand of unique and efficient development.
Prior to joining SBER, Mr. Arnold owned and operated NCS Contractors Inc., a general contracting company that did institutional, commercial, manufacturing and government construction with an annual billing of $24 million per year.
